     The scope of works comprises the completion of the remaining works for 409, 3-large bedroom Villas at Jumeirah Park Project in Dubai as required in the Original Construction Contract; The works include but are not limited to the completion of the Architectural and MEP works , supply of any missing material, completing and make good any poor workmanship to an acceptable 

completion quality and remedy any defect and latent defect that may appear during the Defect Liability Period. This includes all the testing and commissioning, attending to the works listed in outstanding /snag lists, obtaining authorities approvals, and connections of the temporary water and electrical supplies.
